Patrick practices in multiple areas of law, including municipal and township law and in matters of workers’ compensation, estate planning, probate, employment and labor, and civil litigation. He has served as law director for the City of Cortland since 2001.

Patrick is chairman of the Trumbull Memorial Health Foundation. He is past president of the Trumbull County Bar Association and currently serves as the association’s treasurer. He has also served as a board member and/or officer of the John F. Kennedy Catholic Schools and Cortview Village. He is a Warren resident.
