Neil has been advising clients on trust administration, estate planning and probate matters since 1984. Based in HHM’s office in Salem, Ohio, he is an experienced advisor for families and individuals who seek to transfer wealth without probate involvement. Neil also assists business clients in management and ownership transitions through trust and estate planning strategies.

He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Akron School of Law and is a former president and trustee of the South Range Schools Foundation. Neil also served on the Planned Giving Advisory Board at Mount Union University, where he earned his undergraduate degree. He lives in Beaver Township.
