John is a member (partner) at HHM and concentrates his law practice in the trial and appeal of civil matters within the state and federal courts of Ohio and Pennsylvania. His trial experience includes the defense and prosecution of personal injury cases, the defense of medical malpractice cases, electric utility defense and the representation of defendants and plaintiffs in commercial and general civil matters. He has favorably pursued and defended appeals to Ohio’s appellate courts, the Pennsylvania Superior Court and the Ohio Supreme Court.

John obtained his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Akron School of Law and has been practicing law since 1985. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Youngstown State University and is a Canfield resident.
