YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – Attorney Martin J. Boetcher, a Youngstown employment attorney and member in the law firm of Harrington, Hoppe & Mitchell, Ltd., has been named to the Ohio State Bar Association’s Labor and Employment Council.

He is serving a three-year term on the council, which oversees the association’s reporting on new legislation and court cases related to labor and employment law.

Boetcher has practiced law for more than 20 years. In addition to employment law, he also works in civil litigation and workers’ compensation law.

He graduated with honors from The Ohio State University and earned his juris doctor from the University of Akron School of Law. Boetcher is a Howland resident.
