Civil Litigation Lawyer Patrick Manning Joins HHM in Youngstown

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (February 18, 2019) – Harrington, Hoppe & Mitchell, Ltd., today announced the addition of Patrick C. Manning as an associate attorney with the firm.
Manning focuses his practice on civil litigation, employment law, public sector law and personal injury litigation.
He was most recently with Simon & Simon PC in Pittsburgh, where he focused on personal injury litigation. He graduated magna cum laude from Duquesne University School of Law in Pittsburgh in 2010 and holds a Master of Arts degree from National University of Ireland Galway and a Bachelor of Arts degree from John Carroll University, where he graduated summa cum laude. The Youngstown native graduated from Ursuline High School.
He serves on the boards of the John Carroll University Alumni Association, Friends of the Rich Center for Autism and Ursuline High School.
