Alan is a business and real estate lawyer with decades of experience representing property owners in oil and gas lease negotiations and related issues. He also represents parties to property development and transactions, and counsels commercial businesses and public utilities in acquisitions and business activities.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Eastern Mennonite University and a juris doctor from Case Western Reserve University.
